Within this site you will find information on the history of the club and my team of instructors.

The meaning of Kokoro is Spirit.

  2. Come on people. New recruits always welcome. Any size, shape, experience (or not) welcome. Please note, our only request is that the "young uns" be no younger than 7 (flexible upon ability/maturity) - we are not a creche!

    You should all be aware that future competitions at Preston have been suspended. Hopefully this is temporary. Consideration is being made to entering other competions. Watch this space.
